// OPERATOR-LED AI CONSULTING

We don’t pitch.
We hand you the audit.

Built by Terrence Alexander — 20 years running body shops, restaurants, tow companies, and real estate.

Most SMB AI projects fail because nobody diagnosed the business first. We start with an Operator’s Business Audit — and we show you what it found before you decide anything.

83% of SMB AI deployments fail.*  We build the 17%.

Terrence Alexander · Founder, Futur3 Proof

I spent 20 years running real businesses in the physical world — body shops, restaurants, tow companies, real estate — before I ever touched e-commerce. I know what it feels like to hit the ceiling of what you can run out of your own head. That’s who we build for.

No solo AI consultant has my operator record. No solo business consultant can build the AI we build. That combination is the whole point.

// 02 — THE OPERATOR’S BUSINESS AUDIT

A business audit. Never an “AI audit.”

What it is not

A sales call in disguise.
A generic “AI-readiness score.”
A pitch for software you don’t need.
A junior consultant reading you a template.

What it is

A six-dimension diagnosis of your actual operation — Operations, Money & Financial Infrastructure, Marketing & Acquisition, and the AI Leverage Layer, plus Brand and Team when the operation calls for it — with two honest ways to fix everything it finds.

Give away the diagnosis, charge for the cure. A prescription, not a pitch.
// The six-dimension read What the instrument measures

Every operation is read on the same instrument: Strong (a durable advantage), At par (working, not a differentiator), Exposed (leaking money, time, or trust). Four core dimensions always; two surfaced when the operation calls for it. The bands below show what the audit measures — not a score of you.

01 Operations At par
Throughput, scheduling, and the procurement and hand-offs the operation runs on.
02 Money & Financial Infrastructure Exposed
Cash conversion, receivables, and whether margin is visible per job or only blended.
03 Marketing & Acquisition At par
Where demand comes from, and whether the operation owns it or rents it.
04 The AI Leverage Layer Strong
Where leverage actually pays — the highest-ROI place to apply it, if anywhere.
05 Brand & Positioning conditional At par
Surfaced when the operation calls for it.
06 Team & Delegation conditional At par
Surfaced when the operation calls for it.

// 03 — THE 17%

We build the ones that survive contact with a real operation.

The 17% aren’t the projects with the best demo. They’re the ones built by people who’ve actually run the operation they’re automating. The first system we built that survived real-world contact was our own: BeardGoalz, a subscription e-commerce business we rebuilt from the ground up — inventory, retention, the money side, all of it.

// ON THE RECORD

WhoseOur own business — not a case study we were handed

We’re early and we’re selective. We’d rather build a handful that last than a hundred that get switched off in ninety days.

// 04 — TWO HONEST PATHS

Off-the-shelf or custom. We tell you which — and we don’t push the build.

Path A  ·  off-the-shelf

The right tools, wired together.

When the right tools, wired together properly, close the gap. Faster, cheaper, and often enough.

Path B  ·  custom build

A system scoped to your operation.

When your operation is complex enough that a custom system actually pays for itself. Scoped to what the audit found — never sold by default.

// The honest call

Most operators need less custom software than they think. The audit tells you which path is yours. We recommend the cheaper one when it’s the right one.

// 05 — FAQ

The questions operators actually ask.

01What exactly is the Operator’s Business Audit?
A diagnosis of your business across six dimensions — operations, money, marketing, the AI leverage layer, and (when it matters) brand and team. It’s a business audit, not an “AI audit.” You get a real prescription you could act on, whether or not you work with us.
02How is this different from hiring an AI consultant or an agency?
Most AI consultants have never run the kind of business they’re advising. We have — twenty years of it, across five physical industries — and we can build the custom AI in-house. That combination is rare, and it’s the whole point.
03Can’t I just use ChatGPT or off-the-shelf tools myself?
Often, yes — and we’ll tell you when that’s the answer. Tools get you part of the way. The audit shows you exactly where off-the-shelf is enough and where a custom build actually earns its cost. We don’t push the build.
04Who is this for — and who is it not for?
For owner-operators who’ve built something real and are drowning in the operations of running it. Not for pre-revenue startups, not for anyone shopping purely on price, and not for anyone who wants AI bolted on without diagnosing the business first.
